IHCA wins tender to conduct HACC Review Program 2006 - 2008

In December 2005, the Institute for Healthy Communities Australia Ltd (IHCA) was engaged to deliver the second round of Home and Community Care National Service Standards assessments of up to 780 funded organisations across Queensland. IHCA completed the first round of HACC assessments between 2001 - 2004. As part of the current project, the IHCA will also deliver up to 50 educational workshops for funded service providers throughout Queensland.

IHCA Preferred Supplier of Learning and Organisational Development for DSQ

The Institute for Healthy Communities Australia Ltd (IHCA) has been selected as a preferred supplier of learning and organisational development services during the implementation of the Disability Sector Quality System (DSQS) across Queensland. The DSQS aims to assure and improve service delivery to Queenslanders with a disability. Providers of disability services are required to establish internal management systems that support effective service delivery and demonstrate how they meet the Queensland Disability Service Standards.
